Occupational Support Profile
Of our own design …(well OT, Clare’s!). The occupational support profile and report details information about the client’s strengths, interests, mental health challenges and support needs.
What we love about the occupational support profile is that it is completely client centric, with occupation at the forefront. Our client’s get to work alongside their OT to create this resource for their support team.

It provides practical advice and tailored support strategies to help skill development and promote shared goals with the client’s support team. We work directly with key stakeholders like support workers or family members to ensure client goals are being achieved.
