Otherwise known as CBT; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy can be used throughout sessions to manage symptoms of your mental health. It works to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and learn practical strategies to manage ongoing concerns.

CBT is a very useful therapeutic approach to manage anxiety and anxiety related disorders, depression, low self esteem, irrational fears or relationship concerns. Our OT’s have substantial knowledge of CBT approaches, so you’ll be in great hands when you’re supported by us.
