Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a great technique that our OT’s use to dive into your “why” to explore the inner workings of your thought processes and understand why you have the goals in the first place. It uses communication and questioning skills that encourage deeper thinking with follow through on functional changes to achieve your goals.
