Routine Establishment

Routines are an innate part of life with the concept of routines being introduced into life from the moment we are born. Routines allow us to function at our best within our lives as they allow boundaries, energy conservation and mindfulness to be implemented seamlessly into parts of our day.

Setting up routines is formulated on the foundations of what is important to you and understanding how barriers are impacting on your ability to achieve it. Our OT’s will explore what is important to you, what speaks to your spirituality and how your environment or habits could change in order for routines to be established and implemented.
