You’ll get to work with a niche caseload, which will allow you to properly develop and hone your clinical skills (as you’re not trying to manager 239 different clinical presentations at once!).

Buddy shifts and work-shadowing to support you as you establish your clinical practice and develop confidence as a new grad OT.
Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision tailored to your skill level.
Structured monthly professional development workshops with our Clinical Education Support OT to kickstart your career in the psychosocial space, in line with OTA’s Mental Health Capability Framework.
Clear expectations and information around what to expect in your new graduate OT role, with a focus on scaffolded support regarding your case load, billables and responsibilities.
