NDIS Access Reports

As a way of supporting our community, we offer reports at a substantially discounted rate to those clients who would have otherwise “fallen through the cracks”.

For clients seeking to access the NDIS and require supporting assessments to do so, we offer a substantially discounted rate. We reduce our fee from $193.99 per hour to that of an allied health assistant ($86.79 per hour) for an access report.

As our OT’s specialise in psychosocial and mental health diagnoses, they can assist by writing an access report that outlines how a client’s diagnoses specifically impact their function.

Please be aware, as we complete access reports at this substantially discounted rate, we have only a limited number of access reports we can complete per year.
