While you’re unlikely to speak directly to Aileen these days, she remains a crucial part of the team.

She mostly works out of hours to accommodate her busy university schedule and she supports the team with all things “behind the scenes paperwork and processes”.

Aileen is also a strong advocate for mental health care and used to love supporting clients directly on the phone.

Aileen is completing degrees in the dental field (and previously managed a pharmacy), so she understands health care processes, the lingo and the need for smooth and safe processes and supportive client experiences.

When not working, she loves reading, eating good food and spending time with her family and friends.
